Pray yourself. Seek the Lord about your desire to set up a team of prayer warriors.
Contact your RTBE leaders - “is there a group already”?; if not, seek their input to establish one.
Join an existing group at your church or ask to start one - the same time each month.
Prepare a sheet/text with who, what, where, when and why to share (contact RTBE leaders for ideas).
Send an email, use a one-call system (phonevite.com w/nonprofit rate) or advertise in church bulletin.
Use Facebook/other social media to advertise the prayer meetings (but not specific content) – engage a younger volunteer if you don’t know how!
Be consistent; attend the prayer meeting yourself and keep the requests coming in a timely way.
At the meetings, keep groups small (2 or 3), pray one request at a time “popcorn” style - keep engagement.
Take additional requests if any; keep a record of answered prayer.
